I Tried The 21 Day Smoothie Diet (here’s my review of what happened!)

Around 16lbs doing the 21 day smoothie challenge!

Mind you, this photo was taken around 7 months after I started, so in total I’ve lost almost 61 pounds!

This just goes to show how much easier it is to stick to, unlike the other wacky diets I’ve tried in the past.

As well as staying consistent with the challenge, I did (and still do) ride my bike each morning.

Nothing too serious, just some light cardio has helped amplify the benefits of the diet, plus it’s super fun with a group of gals!

Not only has my double chin and retched arm blubber practically vanished, my energy levels have completely shifted also.

When I started this diet I was all over the place, I skipped smoothies and probably ate too many snacks than I should have in the first week, but guess what? I still lost 16lbs within 21 days!

4.) Don’t be afraid to experiment!

Don’t be afraid to try new flavors and experiment, just try to keep it within a low amount of calories. For instance, I was substituting fruit juice with coconut water in some of the recipes. I found it tasted a lot better and was less sweet.

5.) Create new challenges:

In my opinion, 21 days is merely the beginning. Even though you’ll see results if you stick to the program, try to shift this diet into a lifestyle change instead of just a temporary solution. You will see more positive results by doing so.
