Want to create your own custom subliminal audios from start to finish?
Perhaps you’re wanting affirmations for a desire that’s specific to your needs!
Or maybe listening to hidden messages from a complete stranger makes you feel a little uneasy…
Don’t worry, I totally get it!
There are many reasons why making and listening to your own audios can be powerful!
For one, receiving a positive suggestion in your own tone of voice is much better received and responded to than those created by strangers.
And when you create your own tracks there is no risk of dodgy messages being implanted into your subconscious.
What most people don’t realize is that making your own subliminals is actually pretty simple.
You don’t need any crazy audio-tech skills, and you certainly don’t need to be a computer wizard…
All you need is 5 minutes and one easy to use subliminal program that I’ll show you very shortly.
Why Should You Create Your Own Subliminals:
There are many reasons why you might want to make your own subliminals…
Here are the 3 most common reasons:
1.) Subliminals made by other people can be dangerous:
In this day and age, literally anyone with internet access can upload content that could potentially be viewed or heard by millions!
And unfortunately, not everyone who uploads to the internet has good intentions!
Most people turn to subliminal audios to live a happier, healthier and more prosperous life…
But since the affirmations are not heard on a conscious level, they can also disguise negative messages being pushed out into society by some very messed up individuals.
Although there are a handful of well-trusted programs created by reputable companies, including Subliminal Guru (one I personally vouch for), there are still plenty of weirdos out there!
Some of the darker stories I’ve heard include Subliminals creators who are
- Manipulating listeners through negative or cultish type commands.
- Forcing people to give them money.
- Trying to convert others to different religions.
- Pushing their own personal agendas on others.
- Spreading hate and negative messages.
And some of these creators are uploading to platforms that you might use every day…
In fact, just recently I read a SubReddit about a big name YouTuber who was exposed for using negative affirmations in her videos…
This is frightening!
Your subconscious mind is precious!
The messages it receives on a daily basis will determine how your life unfolds.
This is why it’s so important to shield yourself from negativity.
Creating your own subliminals is a great way to protect the subconscious from outside influences.
It also means that you have complete control over what goes in…
And therefore the outcomes that you receive from the subliminal itself.
2.) You can record your subliminal affirmations in your own voice:
One common concern about subliminal affirmations is the fact that they are spoken in the creator’s voice tone.
And this is a valid point!
You are always going to trust yourself before a total stranger right?
Well, the subconscious mind is no different.
When you receive affirmations in your own tone of voice, you process those affirmations as trusted facts much faster than if you were to use subliminals created by someone else.
In fact, I have seen countless reports online of people who saw fast results after re-creating their audio tracks using their own voice tone!
Recording your own affirmations also means you can speak them in your own language or accent.
This means that you can receive the same life-changing results as those raving about subliminals online…
Even if English is not your first language!!
So you see, by recording affirmations in your own language, voice tone, and accent you ensure the best possible clarity and understanding for the subconscious mind.
3.) You can get ultra-specific!
Want to manifest something that’s super specific?
Perhaps you want a date with Jeremy at the 5-star restaurant “Arborio” around the corner from your house…
Maybe you want to alleviate $77,340.50 worth of debt in 355 days?
Or do you want to lose exactly 3.5 pounds of tummy fat…
I’m just throwing out examples here, but being specific with your affirmations is crucial for successful manifestation.
Unfortunately, the more specific you get, the more difficult it is to find Subliminals that match your exact needs.
But by creating your own subliminal affirmations you are free to get as specific as you like and therefore get exactly what it is that you desire.
Okay, so you get the idea, custom made tracks are amazing, but before we get into actually making them, let’s break down everything you will need!
What You Need To Create Your Subliminal Audios:
First of all, here’s an outline of everything you’ll need in order to make your subliminal audio tracks:
- Microphone (I use the Blue Snowball iCE USB Mic but any microphone will do.)
- Piece of paper with a list of your affirmations.
- Mindzoom subliminal software.
- Computer or laptop.
- A few minutes of your time.
Don’t worry, I’ll cover everything as we go along to make it super simple!
Step 1: Pick The Perfect Affirmation:
You probably have a good idea as to what you want to put in your tracks…
But it’s important that your affirmations are written down properly for when you record them.
This way you won’t end up having to do retakes and you will be able to view all of your affirmations together to ensure they all align with the same goals.
Here are some tips for writing your affirmations:
- Be specific (if it’s important to your goal include dates, names, exact numbers, etc)
- Write affirmative statements that focus on the positive to prevent confusion on the subconscious. (“I am financially abundant” is much better than “I’m no longer in debt”)
- Write your affirmations in the present tense as if you have your desire already (e.g. “I am confident!”)
- Use affirmations that are from the heart.
Write down as many affirmations as you like but try to make them all relate to the same overall goal.
Otherwise, if you would rather focus on one single affirmation you can use that on a loop in your subliminal audio track.
Oh, and if you’re struggling with ideas, there are over 1150 professionally written positive affirmations in the software program I’m about to show you!
Step 2: Download The Right Software Program:
If you’ve ever struggled with confusing tutorials on how to make your own audio tracks don’t worry, you’re not alone!
I’ve personally tried making subliminals with programs such as Audacity, Garageband, and Ableton but have never been able to fully wrap my head around such complex applications.
I didn’t want to spend hours and hours trying to become an audio software engineer, I just wanted to make my own subliminals!
A subliminal software program that helps you to create powerful audios within minutes!
Mindzoom has everything that you need for creating your own tracks.
Here’s why I love this program so much:

Step 3: Create Your Subliminals!
Okay, so now that you have your affirmation script written down, and the Mindzoom software downloaded you’re ready to start making your first custom subliminal track!
First, open up Mindzoom and click “Mixer”.
This is where the magic happens!
All you need to do now is follow 4 more simple steps to make your custom sounds!
See, I told you this would be easy!
Step 1: Pick Your Base Sound:
The base sound is essentially the track that you will hear on a conscious level.
Like I said before, you’re welcome to choose any type of sound or music just as long as it’s in Mp3 format!
Click the blue “Load” button and from there you will have the option to drag your mp3 in or select it through your computer files.
For this example, I’ve already downloaded a royalty-free Lofi Hip-hop beat, so I’m going to choose that from my downloads folder.
Once the track you desire is uploaded, simply hit “OK”.
Now that step one is complete, you will be taken back to the main mixer page, notice your sound waves in the wave viewer section?
Now it’s time for the second step.
Step 2: Select Your Subliminal Affirmations:
This is the part where you will create your voice messages to play in the background of the track.
Under the Subliminal Sound button, click the blue “Load” button.
From there, click the “Record New” tab.
Now, select the device (microphone) that you will use to record, and choose a place where you want to save the file under “Save as”.
When you’re ready to record you should have your written affirmations out in front of you.
Simply hit the red “Rec” button and repeat your affirmations out loud with 5-second pauses in between each.
Make sure to use a monotone and clear voice, as this is the most effective way for the subliminal messaging to program your subconscious.
Your recording should be easy to understand, so it may take a few tries to get it right (make sure to not rush this part as it’s important).
After recording your affirmations, simply hit “OK”.
Step 3: Add Binaural Beats Isochronic Beats:
As an optional extra, you can add either binaural beats or isochronic tones to your track in order to enhance the rewiring process of your subconscious mind.
If you don’t know what these are, let me quickly explain.
Both binaural beats and isochronic tones serve the same purpose.
To influence your brainwaves into a more receptive state using the power of sound.
Being in a receptive state of mind will help you to absorb the subliminal affirmations easier.
Binaural beats and isochronic tones both do the same thing but in slightly different ways.
And you may find that you prefer one over the other.
Here’s how they differ…
Binaural beats are essentially two separate tones played in each ear.
When you hear this mismatch through headphones the brain must reconcile the in-between frequency in order to make sense of it.
Let’s say a 310 Hertz sound frequency is sent to the left ear, and a 315 Hertz to the right ear, the brain will process and interpret the two frequencies as one 5 Hz frequency.
Now we know that the brain operates on different frequencies throughout the day depending on what we are doing.
So the goal is to use these sounds to influence the brain into a state well known for its receptivity (or ability to absorb information).
Binaural beats are said to be the more effective choice, and the easiest to listen to, but you have to be wearing headphones to get the full effects.
With Isochronic tones, you only hear one sound frequency but you hear it as a pulsating tone.
This means that instead of the brain reconciling between two different sounds…
It reconciles the frequency between pulses.
Now, some people like the pulsating tones but others do not so it’s really up to you.
The only other difference with isochronic tones is that since it’s not delivering two separate sounds, you won’t need to wear headphones.
I mentioned above that the brain operates on different frequencies throughout the day.
Below I have listed the frequencies you can choose from as well as the experiences they relate to.
Keep this in mind when selecting a frequency for your binaural beats or isochronic tones.
Alpha waves: light relaxation, stress reduction, creativity, visualization, mental reprogramming, accelerated learning, inspiration, happiness, stable emotions, anxiety/fear/depression relief, finding love etc.
Theta waves: deep relaxation, meditation, insomnia help, tension relief, astral projection, dreaming, etc.
Beta waves: concentration, confidence building, leadership, money making, mental agility, anti-addictions, energy, motivation, attention, focus, memory improvement, sports improvement, etc.
Okay, now you’ve picked your wavelengths, let’s move onto the final step!
Step 4: Mix and Save:
You’re nearly there! All you need to now is press the “MIX” button and save it somewhere on your computer.
After that, you can add it to your phone, mp3 player or listen through your computer!
It’s as simple as that!
Now, you’re a subliminal sound-making pro!
With the help of Mindzoom, you can make as many tracks as you want, for the rest of your life!
This means you never have to worry about all the dodgy stuff on the internet, you can simply whip one up within minutes!
