How to manifest while sleeping

10 Peaceful Ways To Manifest While Sleeping

I remember the first time I realized just how powerful the sleep state was for manifestation…

At the time I was struggling…

I had just found a new job but I wasn’t making enough money to move out of my parents home.

Staying in your childhood bedroom and having to follow your parent’s rules every day isn’t the worst thing in the world, but to be honest…

I was way too old for that now!

Nothing was more important to me than manifesting freedom and independence.

I spent every day working on my manifestation routine…

Using affirmations…

Visualizing my own place…

There was nothing I wanted more.

One night I put on my headphones to listen to a guided hypnosis program.

I fell asleep almost instantly…

Now I don’t know if it was the hypnosis or just the fact that I had been manifesting my little heart out, but that night I had the most amazing dream.

I was in an apartment overlooking the city…

From my window, it looked as though I was only a few blocks away from work.

I looked around and everything was decorated perfectly.

Just as if I had decorated it myself.

It was quiet and elegant with the perfect amount of sunlight shining through the windows.

I was literally in my dream apartment.

When I awoke in my child-sized bedroom the next morning, it almost felt a little anti-climatic but I chose to stay positive and grateful.

As time went on, I began to have this same dream more often.

Until about 10 months later when I was walking to the bus stop on the way home from work and I noticed the block of apartments from my dream…

Outside there was a realtor talking to a couple.

As the couple walked away I received this powerful urge to go up and talk to the realtor.

She said that an apartment had recently become available for rent within the building but that the couple she was just speaking to were pretty keen to take it.

Regardless, she gave me her card and I told her I would give her a call later.

So this is where it gets weird…

I went home and told my parents about the apartment that was available for rent and it turned out that they actually knew the owner!

My dad got on the phone right away to the guy who was one of his old college buddies.

Not only did I get the apartment over the couple, but he actually offered it to me at a much lower price!

When I went up there to check it out for the first time, it was even better than I had dreamed.

So had I predicted this apartment coming into my reality?

Or had I manifested it through the sleep state.

The answer was both!

In fact, there was no difference.

Since that day I have really studied the power of sleep and have used it more and more to stay in “flow” with my manifestations.

Today I want to share with you some of the most effective methods I have found for manifesting while you sleep.

“You’re in pure positive energy every moment that you’re asleep.” – Abraham

So How Does It All Work?

The dream state is a non-physical point of awareness.

Dreams help shape us

Likewise, your waking life is a physical point of awareness.

Now, whenever you shift your focus to the non-physical world (dream state, imagination etc) manifestation happens on complete overdrive!!

Why?

Well, since the dream state is non-physical, it eliminates the need for physical energies in order to create (such as action).

If you have ever experienced a lucid dream, you will understand this concept…

In a lucid dream, it takes very little effort to manifest.

You can create things almost instantaneously using nothing but a single thought.

In this physical point of consciousness however, we are limited by physical laws.

When you reach the understanding that manifestation within both the physical and non-physical realms are merely the same game with different rules, the “Uh huh!” moment occurs.

“Our thoughts, our feelings, our dreams, our ideas are physical in the universe. That if we dream something, if we picture something, it adds a physical thrust towards realization that we can put into the universe.” – Will Smith

So How Do We Merge The Two?

Manifestation from the non-physical into the physical is actually not as disjointed as it may seem…

In fact, everything we manifest into physical form must first begin with a non-physical thought.

Therefore, harnessing the subconscious to manifest while sleeping does not need to be a difficult task.

In this article, you will learn 10 different ways you can manifest while sleeping…

But before we go into the list, let’s first discuss the powerful connection between sleep and manifestation.

How Does Sleep Affect The Manifestation Process…

Sleep is meditation

If you have read any of Esther Hicks’ books, you will know that Abraham is a huge advocate for using sleep in order to clear resistance.

According to Abraham, if ever you feel unable to find something to be joyful about then you should meditate or take a nap.

This puts you back into alignment with who you are and gives you a better chance to find a non-resistant path to continue attracting more of what you do want and less of what you don’t want.

To break this concept down further…

During sleep, there are no interruptions by the ego.

There is nothing scaring you away from taking that leap toward your desires.

This escape from resistant or doubtful thinking allows you to break free from limiting beliefs and therefore return to a much more positive frequency when you awaken.

After all, it’s much easier to find things to feel joyful about when you wake up to a refreshed state of consciousness.

“Sleep is the best meditation” – Deli Lama

What About Nightmares?

Nightmares are almost always a product of recent negative thoughts and feelings.

However, just because nightmares arise from negative thoughts does not mean that they are completely negative

Any dream, where we hold no lucidity, is simply a download.

Be grateful!

Your nightmares are almost always downloaded from your subconscious in order to shine a light on an area of resistance.

Ask yourself…

What lesson can I draw from this nightmare?

Where might I need to clear resistant thoughts?

Am I feeling fearful?

Am I holding on to resentment or anger of some kind?

Recognize that everything is always working out for you.

Treat your nightmares as blessings that serve to help draw your attention toward the things you need to let go of.

What If You Struggle To Fall Asleep?

Trust your body clock.

Don’t try and pressure yourself into societies standards of when and how long to sleep for.

Instead, do what is right for your body.

If you feel you need more sleep, get more sleep.

But if you feel you can quite happily function on less sleep than the average person, that’s okay too.

If you suffer from an overactive mind at night, try using sleep subliminals, guided hypnosis tracks or meditation.

Focus on your breathing in order to break away from the mind chatter.

10 Peaceful Ways To Manifest While Sleeping…

Now that we have covered the basics, let’s dive right in and discover all the ways that you can take advantage of the high vibrational sleep state in order to manifest your every desire.

“So, think as long as it’s fun, and try as long as it’s easy, and speak as long as it feels good. Otherwise, take a nap.” – Abraham Hicks

1.) Create A High Vibe Sleeping Arrangement

It’s important to fall asleep feeling good!

Feeling comfortable, safe, and relaxed will help you to build a high vibration even before you drift off.

What you do to maintain a high vibe space for sleep is entirely up to you, but here are some examples…

  • Keep a tidy bedroom.
  • Turn off all electronics.
  • Decorate your room in a way that feels soothing to you.
  • Prioritize warm and comfortable bedding.
  • Diffuse essential oils while you sleep.
  • Play soft music.

“It is nice finding that place where you can just go and relax” – Moises Arias

2.) Before Bed Scripting

One of the best things I ever did to help me manifest through the sleep state was to start a before-bed scripting routine!

This is so powerful because it sets intention for the dream state.

In other words…

If you write about driving around in your new car, chances are, you are going to dream about driving around in your new car…

So ultimately, before-bed scripting helps you to use your dream state as a visualization canvas.

But what exactly is scripting?

Scripting is much like journaling.

The only difference being that when you script, you essentially describe your day as if your desires have already manifested.

A perfect day in the life of you…

What does it look like?

Scripting allows you to reach deep into your imagination and visualize as if you are already living your dream reality.

By building these thoughts and feelings before you sleep, you ensure that your vibration hums along at the very same frequency as that of your desires, therefore, maintaining alignment throughout the night.

3.) Prioritize Rest Times

Getting enough sleep will help to ensure that you maintain a high vibration for the coming day.

Balance your life

Again, it’s up to you to define your own sleep routine but it’s a good idea to go to bed before you actually feel tired.

This way you avoid any late night crankiness.

According to Abraham Hicks, you wake up in the same vibration as you fell asleep in so the idea is to fall asleep while you are still feeling good.

If you are someone who struggles to fall asleep, try a guided hypnosis program.

I personally use the Hypnosis Live program and although I use it to boost my manifestations in general, it actually puts me to sleep really quickly which is a nice added bonus.

“When you go to sleep in the vortex, you wake up in the vortex. When you bask your way to sleep, you will wake up on the right side of the bed.” – Abraham Hicks

4.) Visualize

Visualization is not only an awesome manifestation technique but it’s also a helpful sleep aid.

The idea is to create a scenario within your mind where you are living out your dreams.

This not only helps to put you into alignment with your desires, but it also helps to set a prerequisite for your sleep state.

By creating a conscious visualization of happiness and abundance, your subconscious will follow suit allowing you to continue visualizing throughout the night even if you remain unaware of it.

Much like the scripting technique, once you have visualized the same scenario a few times, you will eventually start to notice it manifesting into your dreams.

This is a great sign that you are in complete alignment with your desires.

“I keep having vivid dreams of success. Then it’s time to sleep.” – Connor McGregor

5.) Gratitude

Another way to set the standard for a high vibrational dream state is to take some time to focus on gratitude.

Close your eyes and think of all the things you are grateful for…

You may feel gratitude for something that happened during the day to make you smile…

Or you may find it easier to simply focus your attention on the things that you are grateful for right now in this present moment…

The softness of your pillow…

The feeling of the cool breeze as it flows through the curtains…

The peaceful sounds of the dark night.

This method is perfect for raising your vibration because gratitude creates emotions that are directly linked with your highest form.

Gratitude creates feelings of pure joy.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like.

In other words…

When you are feeling grateful, you attract more reasons to be grateful.

This is why this state is often referred to as the receiving mode.

Fall asleep in the receiving mode and you will literally be manifesting all night long.

“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never have enough.” – Oprah Winfrey

6.) Guided Hypnosis

What better way to manifest while sleeping than to be gently guided into perfect alignment with your desires.

Guided hypnosis tracks can be used as often as you like but this may be a particularly helpful option for those who feel like they fall asleep too quickly to put a decent amount of focus into gratitude or visualization.

In saying that, anyone can use guided hypnosis and manifest while sleeping, even when the conscious mind has shut off.

Guided hypnosis tracks work through influencing the subconscious mind directly.

This is powerful because it bypasses the conflicting beliefs of the ego, ensuring that the subconscious mind adopts these new beliefs fast.

Guided hypnosis tracks should be used over a period of time and will have lasting results provided you make a commitment to using them.

Again, I personally use the Hypnosis Live program only because I find that it really boosts my manifestation power and the hypnotic suggestion is really relaxing to fall asleep to.

If you want to try one for yourself, I recommend the law of attraction audio track, I’ll leave a link to the free download down below!

7.) Dream Affirmations

This technique is similar to any waking affirmation routine however, it has a specific emphasis when used in conjunction with sleep.

The idea is to write out an affirmation and put it beside your bed.

Focus on manifesting before sleeping

Close your eyes and begin reciting your affirmation in your mind.

Breathe deeply, using your affirmation as a meditation mantra until you drop off to sleep.

Whenever you awaken during the night whether it be to relieve yourself or simply to turn over, begin reciting your affirmation again.

If you are too sleepy to remember your affirmation, simply glance over at the written statement sitting at your bedside.

(Ensure you have just enough light to read it if you need to.)

Then, drop back off to sleep while reciting your affirmation.

After a few nights of practicing this technique, you may find yourself reciting your affirmation while in the dream state.

You may also find that your direct desire manifests into your dream.

Whether this becomes a lucidity trigger or not is irrelevant.

The point is, by saying your positive statement within your dream, you amplify the manifestation process.

Remember, your desires always manifest in your non-physical reality before they do your physical reality.

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.” – Muhammad Ali

8.) Subliminal Affirmations

If you like the idea of affirmations but don’t want to have to put too much effort into it, why not try using subliminal affirmations?

Subliminal affirmations work much like guided hypnosis by targeting the subconscious mind directly.

The difference, however, is that you don’t actually hear subliminal affirmations on a conscious level.

Subliminal affirmations are a great option if you like the idea of manifesting with sleep audio tracks but not the idea of listening to a voice over.

Not everyone feels comfortable having someone else’s voice in their ear as they drift to sleep and for those people, subliminals can be a worthwhile option.

Again subliminal tracks should be listened to over a certain period of time in order to achieve the best possible results.

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.” – Earl Nightingale

9.) The Lucid Dream Manifestation Technique

For some people, lucid dreaming comes easily.

For others, it is more difficult to achieve.

But for most people, the lucid dream state is absolutely obtainable so long as they are willing to practice.

A lucid dream is essentially a dream where you maintain your conscious awareness.

In other words…

You are aware that you are dreaming…

You know that your physical body is tucked up in bed, yet your point of focus remains in the dream state.

The cool thing about lucid dreaming is that manifestation happens almost instantaneously.

In other words…

You can literally do or have anything you think about.

Many people who lucid dream, take advantage of this limitless, non-physical playground by experiencing everything they couldn’t usually within their waking lives.

For example

  • Flying.
  • Stunts (such as jumping at great heights or flipping).
  • Visiting faraway lands or planets.

Being lucid within the dream state allows you to create any experience that you like.

And it is this that makes lucid dreaming the perfect manifestation tool.

To gain lucidity within your dreams, first, give yourself a trigger.

For example, your trigger may your hands.

Look at your hands whenever you remember during your waking reality.

When you do so, check that they look normal.

It’s important to remain present while doing this.

Make this trigger a daily routine and check your hands whenever you remember to.

Gradually this check will become a habit…

You will begin to repeat the same pattern within the dream state, only this time your hands will look different.

In the dream state, objects don’t tend to retain their form like they do in physical reality.

Especially if you attempt to hold your focus.

In a dream, your hands will change…

Maybe in form or color or something else…

Perhaps they will morph before your very eyes.

Let this change, be the trigger that shocks you into the realization that you are in fact, dreaming.

From here you can begin to create.

Let your thoughts create your ideal lifestyle.

Don’t think about it too hard just use affirmations.

For example:

“I create my perfect soulmate now!”

“I create my dream home now!”

As you set these intentions, you will notice that your desires will manifest almost instantaneously.

This is how the Law of Attraction works on a non-physical level.

Fast!

As you practice manifesting within your non-physical reality, you will soon notice manifestation speeding up in your physical reality as well.

“Lucid dreaming lets you make use of the dream state that comes to you every night to have a stimulating reality.” – Stephen LaBerge

10.) Keep A Dream Journal

This step is all about communicating with the universe in order to receive divine guidance.

Whenever we are dreaming, we open up the channels to be able to communicate with our higher selves as well as higher source energy.

By documenting your dreams, you will begin to start seeing patterns.

These patterns serve to guide you gently toward the path of your desires.

Document and interpret the signs and synchronicity that appears before you within the dream state.

By recognizing signs and following inner guidance, you will be able to more easily see what actionable steps to take in order to grow.

From limiting beliefs that need to be shed to divine guidance toward spiritual alignment and inspired action.

Dream guidance has been documented by many influential people throughout history including Paul McCartney and Albert Einstein.

The universe is always communicating with you.

Your job is to simply listen.

“Dreams… are invariably seeking to express something that the ego does not know and does not understand.” – Carl Jung

Conclusion:

“You have the ability to pivot under any and all conditions. But most of you are habitual in nature, and your patterns are so well entrenched that at times the fastest path to the joy you seek is for you to take your pivot as you sleep.” – Abraham Hicks

Sleep vibrations can be immensely powerful and yet completely underestimated at the same time.

In fact, there is almost, no better way to access the subconscious mind than to access it through sleep!

So next time you feel defeated, or stressed, or resistant in any way…

Take a few minutes to raise your vibration…

And then take a nap.

With these 10 tips, you have everything need to manifest while sleeping.

The rest is up to you!

Sweet dreams and an even sweeter reality.

Bonus Tip:

When transitioning into the sleep state of consciousness it’s important to keep your vibrations elevated.

These high vibrations that carry into dream state are what aligns you with the universe and your desires.

This makes it one of the most powerful manifestation techniques you can do…

But making this transition doesn’t always appear as it seems…

You see when you begin to drift off, deeper and more hidden subconscious thoughts start to take place.

And sometimes, these thoughts can be negative and disruptive to your manifestation abilities.

These thought patterns have more than likely been picked up by your surroundings, and are often so deep-seated you don’t know you’re even having them.

Have you ever gone to sleep in a great mood but woken up feeling miserable and negative?

This is your subconscious playing havoc on your good energy!

Fortunately, there are ways to defend your high vibrations even in the deepest states of sleep.

The best and most effective method is guided hypnosis.

Guided hypnosis helps reprogram your subconscious mind, which boosts mood, energy and overall wellbeing.

This makes a gateway with the universe to allow your desires to manifest!

The program I have been using recently is Hypnosis Live, it works great and you can download yourself a free track to try for yourself.

So tonight before you sleep, grab a pair of headphones, listen to your chosen track and tell me what you think tomorrow.

Would love to hear what you think of them!
