Accelerate your desires

The Ultimate Manifestation Routine To Accelerate Your Desires

A day in the life of you…

What does it look like?

Is it organized chaos from the get-go?

Sleeping through the sound of your alarm, eating breakfast in the car and arriving to work only to realize you are wearing mismatched shoes?

Or perhaps you take a slightly stricter approach to time management…

Whatever your daily routine, when you begin to bring the Law of Attraction into your life, you are going to want to make some changes.

But what makes an ultimate manifestation routine truly attract your desires fast?

The answer is flexibility.

Being able to create a task list that slots into your already established lifestyle with minimal effort.

Learn your routine

After all, your life is uniquely yours!

Therefore, it is entirely up to you to decide which tasks to implement into your routine and what time (if any) they should be completed by.

This ultimate manifestation routine is broken down into, morning, mid-day, and evening tasks.

The idea behind this loose structure is to give you a broad idea as to how your manifestation routine might look.

Keep in mind though, that this is your manifestation routine.

In other words…

Feel free to take control and move tasks around as you see fit.

Sound good?

Before we get into our tasks, let’s first cover the basics.

Why Is It Important To Have A Manifestation Routine?

What’s the one thing that successful people have in common?

They all have some kind of set routine…

Having a routine of any kind allows you to be accountable for your goals.

When you get into the habit of doing certain tasks each and every single day, you show that you are truly committed to your desires…

That the things you are manifesting are of priority to you.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of not creating clear intent on exactly what it is you want.

We are indecisive by nature…

Always seeking the next quick fix to whatever issues we might be facing at any given moment…

Think about that for a second…

Have you ever found yourself craving more out of life one day…

But feeling quite content the next?

Perhaps you have considered moving towns…

But in the same breath, don’t feel ready to turn your whole life upside down in the process

You see, as human beings, we have a tendency to send mixed messages out to the universe.

When you create a routine around what you want, you set yourself to a certain standard by saying:

“I am committed to making my dreams a reality no matter what!”

You see, having a manifestation routine means making your desires a priority!

But there is another reason why it’s so important to have these daily rituals…

As well as giving you accountability, having a manifestation routine also allows you to maintain a positive life path.

You are less likely to fall into the trap of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs when you make a habit out of raising your vibration every day!

Where there is structure, there is always far less stress and especially if you are filling your routine with things that serve to uplift you as a person.

Taking a methodical approach to your daily tasks will mean that you will become far less likely to be in a rush, or to be overwhelmed with what’s already on your plate.

How Can You Ensure That You Stick To Your Manifestation Routine?

Sticking to your manifestation routine can be tough.

Especially in the first few months.

The trick is to push yourself through until your routine becomes habitual, which essentially means that you start completing your tasks as if they were on autopilot.

When you first start creating your manifestation routine, it’s a good idea to list your tasks and even make certain times for each if it’s easier.

If you want to take your organization skills to the next level, pick up a Law of Attraction planner, that way you can start putting pen to paper and really cement your intentions with the universe.

Alternatively, you might use something like a chalkboard to hang on your wall in order to keep track of your daily to-do list.

A blank blackboard

One last thing before we start breaking down tasks for your manifestation routine…

This example serves to be a guideline…

In order to create the ultimate manifestation routine, you must ensure it resonates with you and fits into your schedule.

Feel free to take what you can use and leave what you can’t…

If you can complete this entire list in a day then look out world! This manifestor means business!!

If not, don’t stress and remember, the key is to create a routine that does the job while seamlessly fitting in with your other commitments.

Focus on what works best for you.

The Ultimate Manifestation Routine To Accelerate Your Desires:

To make the routine as easy as possible I have broken it down into things you should do in the morning, mid day and the evening.

Morning Routine:

1.) Get Up Early

There is nothing more stressful than waking up with just enough time to get ready before rushing out the door.

Getting up early will ensure that you have time to enjoy your morning…

To go outside and check the weather while appreciating the crisp, dewy, air contrasting against the warmth of the sunrise.

To savor each mouthful of hot coffee.

If you allow yourself more time in the morning, you can prioritize your manifestation routine as well as get a good head start to the day!

After all, the early bird gets the worm!

“The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up.” – Paul Valery

2.) Set Intent For The Day With A Key Affirmation

As you open your eyes in the morning, stretch out your body and take a moment to start the day on a positive note.

Get into the habit of using one key affirmation that will set the tone for your entire day.

For example:

Today is the best day of my life…

Or

Today I am deserving of abundance…

The power behind this habit lies within the subconscious mind.

Basically, when you wake up in the morning, the brain uses your first initial thoughts to set the scene for the entire day.

This is why when you wake up thinking “Oh no I’m late!!” suddenly, your entire day becomes consumed by lateness…

Late to work, late to your afternoon meeting, late home, and so on.

As you wake up in the morning you might also like to glance across at your vision board, again, filling your subconscious mind with your intentions while it’s at its most vulnerable.

A good idea is to hang your vision board on your bedroom wall where you can see it from your bed.

Take a second during this process simply to focus your energy on your intent.

“How you start your day is how you live your day.” – Kristine Carlson

3.) Drink A Large Glass Of Water

Drink more water

Did you know that your thoughts have the ability to change the molecular structure of water?

During the mid-90s, D.r. Masaru Emoto began observing frozen water molecules through a microscope.

What he discovered was astounding!

When water samples were exposed to different emotions, it actually altered their molecular make-up

Negative and aggressive thoughts caused the water molecules to become disfigured in structure while positive and loving thoughts appeared to imprint as beautifully geometric patterns, much like snowflakes.

When you think of the human body being around 60% water, this discovery is truly groundbreaking!

The study was also done on plants.

The general consensus being that plants charged with negative thoughts, withered and struggled to survive but those charged with positivity thrived with lush greenery, deep roots and tall stems.

D.r. Emoto’s findings have resulted in hundreds of thousands of people finding major benefits in charging their daily water with positive affirmations.

Want to adopt this method into your own manifestation routine?

I mean, who wouldn’t!

Make a habit of starting each day with a large glass of water.

As you drink, focus your positive affirmations into the glass and within each gulp.

Not only will you be hydrating your body after a long sleep, but you will also be manifesting…

Altering your own molecular structure to become an exact match with that of your desires.

“You do not attract what you want, you attract what you are.” – Wayne Dyer

4.) Shower Meditation

Shower meditation every morning

How do you fill two needs with one deed?

By combining your morning shower with your daily meditation practice!

This is a great way to take advantage of all the benefits of meditation in a way that is quick and easy, especially if you are a very busy person.

The idea is to take some time every single morning to clear your mind of its clutter and focus solely on your breathing.

As you relax, feel the water wash over your skin.

Imagine any stagnant or negative energy being cleansed by the water, leaving you with a clean slate and a fresh start to the day.

“The mind is like water. When it’s turbulent, it’s difficult to see. When it’s calm, everything becomes clear.” – Prasad Mahes

5.) Morning Meditation

As an optional alternative to the shower meditation, you may like to prioritize this time by making an effort to sit and be still for at least 15 minutes a day.

Why is meditation so important for your manifestation routine?

Think of it this way…

For the most part of our waking lives, we are consistently sending out messages.

We don’t even have to be talking!

Thoughts, emotions, and actions are all outward expressions that require us to emit our energies out into the atmosphere.

Meditate every morning

Meditation, however, is all about bringing your attention inward…

It’s a time to stop and listen…

The general idea is simply to quieten the mind.

Taking 15 minutes in the morning just to focus on your breathing is a great way to connect with your higher self as well as source energy.

It will also help you to maintain a sense of calm and focus throughout the rest of the day.

Meditation is well known to pull inspired thought into the forefront of your consciousness.

What this means, is that after you have been practicing meditation for a while, you will begin to notice ideas springing into your mind seemingly out of nowhere.

Think of these ideas as messages from the universe that serve to lightly nudge you onto your path of alignment.

It is this path that will lead you to your desires.

Follow that inspired thought and you can never go wrong.

“The inspiration you seek is already within you. Be silent and listen.” – Rumi

Mid-Day

Mid Day

Since most people lead busy lives, the mid-day part of this manifestation routine is best done as a checklist rather than in any particular order.

This way there is no pressure or stress to complete anything in a particular time frame.

Most of the tasks in the mid-day section of this routine could also be done in the morning or evening if it suits you better time wise.

Remember, it’s all about setting a manifestation routine that fits in with you.

1.) Create A High-Vibrational Space

Creating a high-vibrational space is all about setting the scene in whatever way makes you feel good.

This could be at work, or at home, or wherever you plan to spend your time.

To create a space fit for ultimate manifestation, first consider clearing any stagnant or negative energy, perhaps through decluttering, burning sage or even playing music.

Increase your vibrations

Surround yourself with the things that inspire you.

Personalize your space with artwork, plants or any other items that make you feel uplifted.

Another great idea is to diffuse your favorite essential oil.

This will not only cleanse the space but it will also help to raise your vibration and uplift you using the healing modalities of aromatherapy.

“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.” – Alexander Den Heijer

2.) Commit To Mindset Work

Set aside 30 minutes each and every day where you commit to self-development and mindset work.

Commit time to yourself

This is so important!

In order to stay in a high-vibration state where you are committed to making your desires a reality, you must put your subconscious mind through a certain amount of training.

Mindset work will help you to stay positive and reinforce self-belief even on the gloomiest of days!

Here are some examples of things you can do to develop your mindset:

If you are a particularly busy person, consider the option to listen to audiobooks and podcasts.

This way you can soak up your daily dose of personal development while being free to complete other tasks at the same time.

Setting aside 30 minutes each day for mindset work will help you to maintain momentum and inspire you to really stick to your manifestation routine.

“Knowing others is intelligence. Knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power.” – Lao Tzu

3.) Do Something Within Your Zone of Genius

This is about your natural talents and gifts.

The skills that spark a light within your heart.

Whether you love to cook, read, write, paint, play music, or something entirely different, make your own unique self-expression a priority.

Why?

Because these are the things that will raise your vibration tremendously.

When you follow your own internal light, you connect with the universe and naturally emit feelings of love, happiness, and gratitude.

The strength of the emotion that lies within your zone of genius is one that should not be neglected.

Therefore, if you ever find yourself becoming too busy to indulge in the things that serve your highest light, it’s time to reign it in.

You can’t afford not to spend time within your zone of genius.

“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” – Oprah Winfrey

4.) Move Your Body

Just as it’s important to clear your physical workspace of stagnant energy, it is also important to clear your body of that same density.

Move your body

Take at least 30 minutes each day to move your body and exercise.

Whether it’s a walk around the block, a yoga class, or even a swim at the local pool.

On a purely biological standpoint, when you exercise, you release endorphins which helps you to feel good about yourself.

Want to take your workout up a notch?

Try using this time to listen to subliminal affirmations or to visualize your goals, fitness or otherwise.

Tune in to the higher levels of energy being amplified by your body and use it to your advantage by sending out some positive intentions.

“Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

5.) Feel Gratitude

Take some time each and every day simply to reflect on life’s blessings.

Whether it’s the things you already have or the things yet to come, gratitude is one of the highest vibrations you can emit and it is certainly an emotion that sits on the same frequency as your desires.

When you emit gratitude, you attract more reasons to be grateful.

Needless to say, a daily gratitude practice is a must have for any manifestation routine.

Start with the simple things and move your way up to your desires.

For example:

Look at the trees, the sky, the flowers, the birds….

How amazing is it to be here on earth where these blessings are so abundant?

Feel that love and gratitude build up within your heart and then transfer those feelings toward the things that you are currently manifesting.

Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.” – Zig Ziglar

6.) Be Kind

The more joy you spread, the more you will receive.

Make it your mission to do at least one thing every day that demonstrates kindness.

Be kind to others

Kindness takes many shapes and forms.

It can be directed not only toward other people but any living thing including plants and animals.

When you make yourself of service to others, you serve yourself and the universe too.

Something as simple as giving out a compliment, or buying a friend coffee, can lift you up like nothing else.

Don’t just commit to your own vibration…

Commit to the way that others hold their vibration around you too.

“Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you.” – Zig Ziglar

7.) Act-As-If

Acting-as-if is a visualization technique where you go about your daily life while essentially playing a game of make-believe.

Basically, it goes like this…

While driving, you would pretend that you are driving your dream car.

Imagine your dream car

While at work, you would pretend to be working at your dream job…

A trip to the local beach would become a luxury vacation at an amazing resort…

All through the power of your imagination.

The idea is to incorporate visualization into your everyday life.

Why is acting-as-if such a powerful visualization technique?

Because it centers on the power of now.

In other words…

When you act-as-if, you evoke thoughts and emotions as if your desires have already manifested.

This, in turn, shifts your energetic frequency to be an exact match with that of your desires.

“Create the highest, grandest vision possible for your life, because you become what you believe.” – Oprah Winfrey

Evening

The evening routine

1.) Prepare For Tomorrow

This task may sound mundane, but in order to alleviate potential stress to come, it is a good idea to use any extra time in the evening to prepare for tomorrow.

Successful people always stay one step ahead.

Some examples of next day preparation are as follows:

  • Lay out what you plan to wear.
  • Pre-make your lunch.
  • Ensure you will have a tidy, organized space to wake up to.
  • Create a to-do list.

“For tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” – African Proverb

2.) Self-Care And Relaxation

There is no time like the evening to release from the pressures of the day and dedicate some time to self-care and relaxation.

It's time to relax

Self-care can come in many shapes and forms, therefore, it’s important to find a routine that suits you.

When you make yourself a priority, you emit feelings of self-worth and self-appreciation

These feelings are vital to the manifestation process!

Why?

Because no matter how positive you are toward your desires, if you don’t feel worthy, you will always be blocking that which you are so deserving of.

Some examples of self-care are as follows:

  • Taking a warm bath.
  • Meditation.
  • Reading a book.
  • Enjoying a balanced meal.
  • Spending time with friends or family.
  • Watching a movie on television.

“Self-esteem means knowing you are the dream.” – Oprah Winfrey

3.) Scripting

Scripting is a visualization technique where you journal about your day, but instead of writing about what actually happened, you talk about how your day went in your dream reality.

Write down your future

When writing a make-believe story about “your perfect day”, Be sure to use your imagination and evoke emotion to really see your tale as a reality.

This style of first-person journaling with a Law of Attraction twist is a great addition to any manifestation routine.

Especially in the evening when it’s peaceful and quiet.

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Abraham Lincoln

4.) Get An Early Night

There are so many benefits to getting an early nights sleep but in terms of your manifestation routine, this is extra important!

Here are some reasons why a good nights sleep is such a good idea:

  • Reduced stress levels.
  • Increased awareness and focus during the day.
  • Less likely to be disturbed by bad dreams or restlessness.
  • More positivity and excitement when you wake up the next morning.
  • More time for the brain to process new thought patterns.
  • Creates more awareness during the dream state to help you remember dreams that may contain guidance from the universe.

If you are someone who finds it difficult to fall asleep, consider meditation as a sleep inducer.

All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes and focus solely on your breathing…

When you find thoughts popping into your mind, simply thank them for coming and then bring your attention back to your breathing.

Meditation is the ultimate relaxation tool and therefore the perfect way to wind down and induce an early nights rest.

“Sleep is the best meditation.” – Deli Lama

5.) Listen To Subliminal Affirmations

Listening to subliminal affirmations can be done anytime but this manifestation technique is particularly useful at night time as you drift off to sleep.

The way this works is by channeling your subconscious mind directly, which is where good habits are formed.

Listening to subliminal affirmations as you sleep can help you to maintain the frequency of your desires in order to manifest everything you want even faster!

What could be better than manifesting in your sleep?
